Have been skeptical about a business, a person, an experience of overwhelming joy?

“It’s too good to be true, therefore it must not be true.”
How many of us have heard this?
Felt this?
Have been skeptical about a business, a person, an experience of overwhelming joy?
…because it seems too good to be true.
Limiting beliefs always hold us back, and this one is no different.
We are afraid to let our life get too good.
We are skeptical of anything that seems easy – life is hard afterall.
We don’t feel worthy of having it all.
How many of us – when life is going REALLY well, we think “Oh oh. What’s going to happen? When is the other shoe going to drop?”
And then we become FEARFUL of the good stuff. FEARFUL of the joy. FEARFUL of the ease.
When we are afraid of abundance, joy, and ease – guess what? You’re going to push these feelings away, instead opting struggle.
“It’s too good to be true.” is simply a limiting belief. A limiting belief that is keeping you stuck where you are.
Yes, you should still use your discernment and trust your intuition. Don’t believe everything everyone is telling you or promising you.
There’s a saying (and I wish I could remember who it was by), that jumps to mind as I’m talking about this.
– Actually, it’s a couple of sayings strung together in my mind.
Your mind is like a parachute - it’s better when open.
But not so open that your brain falls out.
I’ve had several people tell me over the last few weeks after they’ve watched a webinar on the business I’m in say to me “It seems too good to be true.”
I can tell them that it’s a 50 year old company, there’s a physical office an hour away from my home and another 42 around the world. I can tell them I receive commission cheques when I make a sale. I can give them all of the facts about this being a legit business.
But this isn’t about facts.
It’s about beliefs.
And it can be VERY hard for some people to believe that it’s possible to make over $10,000 in their first 3 sales.
It’s hard for them to believe that others are making over $100,000 per year with only 1-2 sales per month. And it’s possible for them too.
They are skeptical when they hear that they can earn entirely passive income starting at $5000 that they can will to their kids. Because it seems too easy.
They believe that it should be hard.
If it was easy, then why isn’t everyone doing this?
So it must not be easy, it must be hard, it must be a scam, or there must be a catch.
But here’s the thing about the business I’m in with Enagic --- there is a catch.
Not everyone is successful.
Not everyone makes over $100k/year.
Not everyone gets to that passive income point.
There is a catch – and the catch is you.
It’s a 50 year old company, with high quality products, and regular everyday people like you and be are creating abundance beyond anything we can imagine and setting themselves free.
The only variable here is you.
The hardest part about this business is getting out of your own way.
Look how many limiting beliefs have been layered upon us? Look at the few I’ve just listed.
Life is hard.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
You need to work 30+ years to earn a passive retirement income. Not 5.
Some people may be able to earn that kind of money, but there must be something special about them.
If it was easy to earn money, everyone would be doing it --- but everyone is programmed that life is hard and if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is!
It can’t be easy.
It can’t be easy.
It can’t be easy.
Look how we talk ourselves out of greatness!
Look how we are determined to make life hard.
You have to believe that you are worthy of abundance.
You have to believe that you are worthy of ease.
You have to believe that you are worthy of living a really beautiful, uplifting, inspiring, joy-filled life.
You have to believe all of this in order to have all of this.
If you believe something is too good to be true and prefer to take a harder route – then so be it! Take the harder route.
This is your life. You get to make these choices.
Your mind is like a parachute - it’s better when open. – Open yourself to the possibilities.
If you truly want your life to be easier and more abundance, than you need to change your beliefs around this. You need to believe this is possible for you.
So open your mind to the possibility of this – But not so open that your brain falls out.
Use your discernment. Trust your intuition.
No body is going to dupe you into doing anything you don’t want to do if you know yourself, if you know what you want, if you trust yourself to make a decision.
You are capable of discerning fact from fiction.
You are capable of detecting lies.
But don’t confuse intuition and discernment with limiting beliefs. Because those limiting beliefs will fool you every time. They are the ones duping you into a false life of hardship.
They are the ones keeping you stuck.
You are worthy of abundance.
You are worthy of of ease.
You are worthy of having it all.
Haven’t you suffered enough?
Don’t you want it to be easier?
If you believe it’s too good to be true, then it probably is. For you.
If you believe you believe massive abundance is possible for you, then it probably is.
Either way, you’re right.
You get to choose. So choose wisely :)
